Well I'm surprised that my heavily cobwebbed blog actually has visitors as I scarcely blog, evident from my 1-2 entries per 1-3months depending if I've the feel anot. LOL
Dance related:
1) I'm rather glad for my previous post, where I finally able to spill my feelings in word form, and you guys manage to understand what some of us are feeling.
Maybe the implementation would be organizing workshops of different genres for our IG, but I just feel that there's something else missing, and I dont know what.
I'm not even sure if the workshops will actually help us too.
2) Upcoming productions-
RP's Muse: 12 Nov (also smth else! *hint hint!*)
Floor The Love: 15 Nov
Oschool Recital: 8 Dec
Danzation: ???
yep so Muse and FTL are coming soon!! so damn near but excited. :D
and my ankle just have to be sprained now!! arghhhh.
3) Muse falling out costume - girls
Yes I appreciate for the initiative to buy first.
But Ain already said baggy white top as the dress code.
and we received tight fitting ones. Which part of it looks baggy. I wonder?
I think I've complaint too much here, but I cant possibly be quiet and do nothing.
4) NYP-
As I went to NYP today for FTL's prac, I noticed how FB made full use of their prac time.
Their group is definitely bigger than ours, but everyone just looked occupied and united!
They splitted into groups, and go different corners to concentrate on their lesson/item (assuming).
As we all know, they do lack of space, and during weekends like today, they arent able to use even their small studios.
They just chop whatever dance-able space they can find in their campus, and note their campus arent air-conditioned as ours, and no reflections at all.
They can even go as far as to use classrooms' corridors with no reflections.
In their groups, none of them are daydreaming/looking elsewhere/talk with friends/in cliques.
They look as a whole, and I can just see them wanting to dance so much.
Us?
Some of us dread coming to dance, and I do know who.
I'm not even talking about people who are weak in dance.
But people who DREAD coming to dance and make it sound dance like is so torturous.
and "wa lucky Gin never come sia, I can rest."
WTF. Where's the interest? Passion? Then why are you still in the Interest Group?
I really wonder where they get the motivation or calling to come to the studio.
I'm not even sure if the workshops will actually help us too with these people around.
5) Tmr's Audition.
Secret! Teehee, will only say what is it in the next post (which will depend on my feel again haha).
Well, it will determine my future dance route, and I really hope to get in!
I need to be somewhere not of my comfort zone, so I can improve and have my style developed!
School Stuff
1) Professional Profiling:
Omg I'm not sure if I'm lucky or what, but my accessors have no questions for my PP and they said it's the best poster they've accessed so far.
And a lot of people did similar company as me but they said mine was the liveliest and convincing. :)
And I only presented 5-10 mins and I'm off! wahaha.
2) Got shortlisted for RP's scholarship, so I had to attend the interview.
So crap la the questions!
1) so you're in hhig, why hip hop?
2) why do u like dancing?
3) what is the biggest achievement you've done in hhig?
4) what other things u do besides dancing?
5) do u do community stuff?
6) why do u join DBA? did u regret?
7) what will u tell the year 1s about PBL?
8) what do u think about PBL and why do u think it works for u?
9) what do u intend to do after RP?
10) then u dont want to go more into dancing?
11) why do i deserve to get the scholarship.
And I just received an email stating I've to go for some award ceremony for being top in my course. xD
I wonder if they are giving money again or just some stupid ritual and paper..
Man, this is really 1st time in my life being top in something.
All the time I always been last in class during secondary school, or a very average student in primary level.
and not so outstanding in dance/other non-academic stuff.
